Support the Winston Churchill High School Booster Club by advertising your business while sponsoring a banner for display in our stadium all year round.
Please review the options below:
Option A - Current Basic Stadium Sign Sponsor Benefits ($1000 for a new sign, $750 for renewal)
3x8 foot two-color custom Coroplast stadium sign with business logo/artwork hung in the stadium for 12 months
Option to move the stadium sign to the baseball field for the spring season
Sponsors are announced during all home games (for all sports that have announcers if possible)
Printed list of stadium sign sponsors in home game programs (for all sports if programs exist)
Display of sponsors/web addresses on the Booster Club Website
Option B – All Items Above plus ($1250)
Messaging and access to 9 Booster Newsletters sent to over 1300 subscribers
Option C – All Items Above plus ($1500)

Sponsorship Opportunties for the 2012 Sports Night Spring Gala

Booster Club! We have an exciting new sponsorship opportunity we
want to share with you. Join our Gala Sponsors Atlantic Valet, Bowlmor Lanes, Kids After Hours, and Travelin’ Teens in support of our 2012 Sports Night Gala.
As you may know, the Churchill Sport’s Night Spring Gala is Friday, April 13th at Bowlmor Lanes in Bethesda. It’s a fun evening of food, music and unlimited bowling with a live and silent auction and host MC.
The Booster Club is looking for a few sponsors to help underwrite the event so we can keep the ticket costs down and encourage more people to attend. Last year this event raised $25,000 for our Winston Churchill High School student- athletes.
We are offering the following items for a $1500 sponsorship of the Sports Night Gala:
Custom Coroplast 3x8 foot 2-color banner on the stadium field for one year (order form is attached – artwork should be sent electronically in .jpg format)
Recognized Sponsor in the Booster News which is sent to 1,300 emails
Quarter Page ad in the Gala Program
Sponsor announcement at all home games
